This policy applies to the Vitamera website (vitamera.org) and the data it collects through the growth diagnosis session, the growth self-assessment, and the contact form. Vitamera Company For Improvement and Development complies with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its regulations.

We never ask for the student’s name, and we do not collect financial or sensitive data through the website.
The diagnosis session and AI
The growth diagnosis session is run by “Vita”, an AI-powered consultant working to Vitamera’s methodology, not a human. To hold the conversation and prepare the report, your answers and messages during the session, together with general non-identifying categories (such as your role in the company, your career stage or the student’s age group), are sent to an AI service provider contracted by Vitamera to process them on its behalf. We do not send it your name, mobile number, email or company name, and we mask anything that looks like a phone number or email address if it appears in your messages.
The report relies solely on the information you provide and shows what needs further verification, and no automated decisions about you are made on the basis of it. We advise you not to share confidential data or other people’s personal data during the conversation. Only the session identifier and a temporary access token are stored on your device so you can resume the session, without your contact details or the conversation text.
Why we collect it
- To run the growth diagnosis session and prepare its report, save the session so you can resume it, and follow up on the quote request if you make one.
- To show your self-assessment result and send you its summary.
- To contact you about your result, your inquiry, or your diagnosis session request.
- To improve the self-assessment tool using stored answers without any identifying data.
- To protect the website from automated submissions through a technical verification service.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent when you tick the consent box before submitting, together with our legitimate interest in responding to your requests and protecting the website. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
Storage and data transfer
Data is stored with trusted cloud service providers contracted by Vitamera and may be kept on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We take appropriate measures to protect data in transfer and storage in line with regulatory requirements.
Retention
We keep prospective-client data for 24 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires longer retention.
Your rights
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct or update it.
- Request its deletion or restrict its processing.
- Withdraw consent to being contacted.

Minors’ data
The student path of the diagnosis session and of the self-assessment is completed by a parent or guardian about their son or daughter (10–18 years), and a diagnosis session does not start for an age group outside this range. We do not collect the student’s name or any identifying data about them; we collect the parent’s details only, with their confirmation of guardianship.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses cookies and similar technologies of two kinds:
- Necessary: for the site to work and stay secure, such as the automated-submission verification service, remembering your cookie choice, and storing the diagnosis-session token on your device so you can resume it. They need no consent and cannot be switched off.
- Optional (analytics and marketing): visit-analytics tools to understand and improve how the site is used, and advertising-platform tools to measure our campaigns. They run only after your consent in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page.
We do not send your personal data, or your individual answers or messages in the diagnosis session or the self-assessment, to measurement tools. These tools may store their data on their providers’ servers under their own policies.
