Scope
This policy applies to the Vitamera website (vitamera.org) and the data it collects through the growth self-assessment and the contact form. Vitamera Company For Improvement and Development complies with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its regulations.

We never ask for the student’s name, and we do not collect financial or sensitive data through the website.
Why we collect it
- To show your self-assessment result and send you its summary.
- To contact you about your result, your inquiry, or your diagnosis session request.
- To improve the self-assessment tool using stored answers without any identifying data.
- To protect the website from automated submissions through a technical verification service.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent when you tick the consent box before submitting, together with our legitimate interest in responding to your requests and protecting the website. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
Storage and data transfer
Data is stored with trusted cloud service providers contracted by Vitamera and may be kept on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We take appropriate measures to protect data in transfer and storage in line with regulatory requirements.
Retention
We keep prospective-client data for 24 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires longer retention.
Your rights
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct or update it.
- Request its deletion or restrict its processing.
- Withdraw consent to being contacted.

Minors’ data
The student path of the self-assessment is completed by a parent or guardian about their son or daughter (10–18 years). We do not collect the student’s name or any identifying data about them; we collect the parent’s details only, with their confirmation of guardianship.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses cookies and similar technologies of two kinds:
- Necessary: for the site to work and stay secure, such as the automated-submission verification service and remembering your cookie choice. They need no consent and cannot be switched off.
- Optional (analytics and marketing): visit-analytics tools to understand and improve how the site is used, and advertising-platform tools to measure our campaigns. They run only after your consent in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page.
We do not send your personal data or your individual self-assessment answers to measurement tools. These tools may store their data on their providers’ servers under their own policies.
